Today I am going to talk about whether you can make money with Homemade Gourmet Recipes.
Maybe you have heard of this site that sells all kind of mixes and recipes as an MLM company.
But did you know that you can actually make money from this MLM?

Homemade Gourmet is an MLM company that offers food and recipes on its website.
You will find all kinds of mixes for soup, bread, and desserts. Quite a range of seasonings is available as well.
Those mixes come with recipes that explain exactly how to prepare the meals.
Customers of the online shop can also leave reviews.
It is nice to see, that negative reviews don’t get deleted.
However, it is still difficult to get an honest picture of many products. People tend to only share their experience when it was extremely good or extremely bad. And there are certainly biased reviews of partners that want to increase their sales.
Still, it is a nice thing to have.

I think, as a customer, Homemade Gourmet is a decent way to get some variety on their plates.
How About The Prices
To be completely honest with you, I think they are too high.
If you do a little research, you will find similar products much cheaper in local stores or on Amazon.
But somehow this company has to make money, right?
Let’s move on to the MLM part:
Does An MLM That Sells Food Make Sense?
It is extraordinary, but not a bad idea at all.
Many other MLMs sell diet pills or vitamins. The problem about those products is, that you don’t get anything in return immediately.
Yes, you might lose some weight or become healthier.
But you won’t feel an immediate effect.
With Homemade Gourmet it is different.
It is about food. And when you eat something delicious, you feel happy and satisfied.
You are likely to want more.
This is what they are trying to achieve! Keeping both their partners and customers happy and hooked to their products.
When you like something, you don’t mind to pay a little bit more for it.
Selling food with an MLM company is pretty smart.
Extraordinary but smart.
How Much Money Can You Make With Homemade Gourmet?
This is where it gets a bit vague.
After some research, I found out that you get paid 40% for direct sells.
This is when you refer customers directly to the shop.
40% is pretty high, even for an MLM.
When you get a few regular customers, this will make some nice extra income.
The second way to make money is by recruiting other partners that drive customers to the store.
I couldn’t find any information about how much you would get from the sales of your partners and how many levels there are.
It is most likely the same as with other MLMs:
Making direct sales is fine, but to make real money, you would have to build up an effective team.
This is where most people in an MLM fail.
Team building is not as easy as they make it sound.
I would think twice before joining an MLM.
Is Homemade Gourmet A Scam?
Homemade Gourmet is not a scam.
There are real products and they really look good. However, you can never know if they really are good, before you have bought them.
While the prices are often higher than from other stores, they are still ok and there are definitely people buying them.
If you are not good at talking to a lot of people and motivating them to join your team, you will have a hard time making much money from this.
I have tried other MLMs and I know how hard it is.
There is also the risk that you spend more money on their products that you make in sales.
Another thing you have to consider.
Now, if you still want to go through with it: go ahead.
It is a real opportunity and not some sketchy attempt to get to your money.
An Alternative To MLM
You have noticed by now, that I am not a big fan of MLMs in general.
This one, however, surprised me with its products, so I wanted to have a closer look at it.
I am still convinced that it is not the right thing for me, but I am not going to stop you from trying it yourself.
There is something I would like to show you, though:
MLM is only one way to make money online and offline.
There are so many other ways.
What I am doing is called affiliate marketing.
It has very low starting costs and no real risks.
All you need is a website and the knowledge how to make money from it.
